Anyone who knows me, knows I am a denim girl. No matter what the occasion, I can be found in my closet trying to incorporate denim into my look. When it comes to New York Fashion Week, this is no exception and there is more than one benefit than the level of comfort, it’s also the convenience. Often designer fabrics must be dry cleaned to look amazing, which can be difficult when traveling. When packing for NYFW I like to choose washable fabrics and throw some Tide Pods in my suitcase, because I can pack less and easily wash and reuse on the go. Tide Pods make life easier because each pod is pre-measured with just the right amount of detergent so it consistently delivers the right amount of Tide clean. The casing is a best in class film that will dissolve and work effectively in all water temps, just add them to the washer first and then add your clothes!
This outfit I have chosen made up of all washable fabrics and though I won’t be in attendance this year (due to my hectic move) if I were going this is something I would certainly pack. It has the perfect amount of edge, comfort, texture and a pop of color and these jeans can be thrown in the wash and worn again.
As it happens, Tide is the proud sponsor of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week and they are encouraging fashionistas everywhere to use Tide Pods with their favorite washable garments to look their best. If you are going, this year you will see a variety of surprisingly washable clothing within many designers Fall 2015 Collections including Charlotte Ronson, Erin Fetherston and Richard Chai.
I will be there in spirit, watching these amazing designs and if you are going tag your washable fashion at #TideChic

XO,
That outfit looks amazing!
That's what we call Fashion! Really nice outfit and good thing you recommend a cleaning product. Most people really don't know how to take care of their garments. I also use tide pods to wash my favorite tees which I bought from District Clothing.
