A SITC outfit dedication wouldn’t be complete without the infamous tutu…a skirt only Carrie Bradshaw could pull off during the daylight hours.
I have only worn this skirt out at night and while I was getting looks walking around in broad daylight in it, I have to say I still felt glamorous!

Mine is a bit edgier with the studded detail around the waistline but softening it up with feminine shoes and purse makes it work.
Such a “Welcome to NYC” moment
