Sequin Blazer and BF Jeans

Can we talk about the fact that my new bangs are already over my eyes? Not so much in these pics, because they were taken last week, but as we speak I am brushing them out of my face in annoyance. The two week trim rule was no joke! I am getting them cut next week right before I leave for London, I am not exactly sure how I am going to get through the this week though. I am going to attempt the side sweep and hope I don’t break down and grab a pair of scissors!

As for this outfit, the silver lining to the end of summer is the fall and winter seasons make it perfectly acceptable to wear sparkly things for any occasion. Since I never met a sequin I didn’t love, it’s no surprise that I had to wipe the drool off my mouth when I laid eyes on this blazer. The fit is more like a cardigan than a blazer and to be honest, I wish it was a tiny bit bigger but I couldn’t resist styling it regardless. I decided to balance it’s delicate beading with boyfriend jeans, added a little edge with the studded clutch and a touch of summer with the neon pumps.

Meanwhile, I am attempting to plan my fashion week wardrobe and trying to stay sane. I will be sharing that process soon!
