This might be my favorite of the three looks I styled in this years festival series (Check out look one and two!)
I love the effortlessness of a romper and this one has a waist tie so you can wear it baggy or fitted. I opted to go baggy and wear an unbuttoned chambray dress over it (which I also wore in a rocker chic festival look several years ago. You guys can check that out here.)
The Ikat print gives it that festival vibe and booties are a great choice for sandy places like Coachella, to keep your feet from getting filthy. This pair is actually from Teva. Remember them? Yes the same ones people at college walked around in with socks. (Wait I think I just had a flash back…) They have gone through a revamp and have some shoes that are really cute and these boots are one of my favorites in their new collection. They are both comfy and cute and you guys know that’s my thing. This girl doesn’t wear uncomfy shoes (you know you’re getting old when…)
I kept the accessories simple with a cross body bag (also worn here, here and here) that is small but fits the necessities, which is exactly what you need for a festival. Phone, ID, keys, powder, lipstick, done. The more you bring, the more you risk losing something and in a sea of lit individuals, the likelihood of recovery is slim.
For jewelry I stacked on the gold rings, which has been a staple for me for quite awhile. The more the better! And this double layered necklace from Nissa is beautiful. It can be worn on the smooth side of the stones as I did here, or the other side is druzy. Druzy is my favorite, but this was just how I put it on and I went with it.
Which look in my festival style series was your favorite? One, Two or Three?
