Printed Slouchy Pants

You ever have one of those days when you and your girlfriends decide to have an impromptu shopping excursion? If the answer is yes then you know the dangers this can pose. Several girls in a dressing room, egging you on, “You HAVE to get that!” “That would go PERFECT with your new leather jacket!” “You’ve been wanting a pair just like that and what they’re only…” (grabs tag) “$20?! Yes, you NEED them.”

A few weekends ago I met up with a few friends for Sunday brunch to celebrate one of their birthdays and it was one of those days where none of us really had plans. One of the girls was wearing a new sweater we were all commenting on and she proceeded to tell us she paid $13 for it at H&M and they had it in several colors. Brunch was so good and we were having so much fun that we decided that it would be a good idea for all of us to go investigate this $13 sweater situation. Two tops, a dress and a pair of pants later….

These printed slouchy pants were among the damage I managed and I’m glad I got the encouragement because I love them.  The silhouette is on trend for fall and the little slits at the ankle add something special. The arrow print is so fun and the fabric is silky so they’re really comfortable. Not bad H&M, not bad at all. Of course I couldn’t help but pair them with my favorite new Sole Society pumps-which I just can’t get enough of. You will probably see me in these a lot this fall but I they’re so fab  I doubt you’ll get sick of them right? 😉

Ok off to continue nailing down details for the NYFW trip. It’s right around the corner…eek!

Go all out for your night look by pairing your paints with a bright yellow crop prime. Add a dramatic gold-and-sapphire tone statement jewellery and matching drop earrings for a very glamourous ensemble. Keep the remainder of the outfit neutral – add a basic black outsized clutch and strappy platform sandals and you’ll be able to flip heads!
