Lately I’ve been on this kick where I’ve been trying new things. I have been doing lots of DIY’s like this one and this one, which I rarely do. I also rarely wear flats but these loafers changed that real quick. Velvet, oxblood and comfy, I’m sold!
I’ve also been trying new things with my hair. Bed Head sent over their Curlipops Tapered Styler and it creates this really great wavy look. I’m having fun experimenting with it. The last time I was in London I had something similar done at Rush Reading and have been wanting to try it at home. To be honest, I didn’t think it would get hot enough to hold a curl (I have really heavy hair) but to my surprise it was and it did!
Even though it’s November and it’s not time for floral dresses and pretty pink blouses, this one is too cute to stash until spring. And with L.A.’s spotty weather I can get away with it…for now 😉
