When I think brunch event outfit normally I think of something feminine and flirty. Something like this outfit I posted here. When it’s a brunch with a major fashion magazine with a few hundred bloggers, that’s a different story. It’s time to really focus on your personal style and for Day 2 of Lucky Fabb that’s exactly what I did. I understand this outfit isn’t typical for brunch, but it’s definitely me.
I have been in love with this top since the moment I saw it and travel prints are right on trend this spring. Though orange is not my typical go to color, I couldn’t resist I pairing it with this neon bag (literally love at first site) for some extra added visual interest that a fashion event allows. Now as far as these python sandals, they are a new favorite for spring. I’m a sucker for a (faux) animal print or embossed anything, and these are really versatile. They can be worn with edgy outfits like this one, jeans and a tee or even a dress.
The only problem with this outfit is it ended up being a really warm day and in the sun I was roasting. Now you may ask why I opted for leather leggings in the first place seeing as it was a spring time event, but the day before it was unseasonably chilly so I thought I’d be ok. Regardless I stand by my outfit decision, because aside from being a bit warm, I felt good in it and at the end of the day, that’s what fashion is about.
