Is it me, or did the weekend go by WAY to quick?! I tried to take some me time, but I ended up doing a lot more work than play. Last week was busy and this coming week is no different, so trying to get ahead of things on the weekend sometimes can alleviate the craziness. I have a new class starting up mid week which I’m not really thrilled about. It’s one of those I just gotta take it and get it over with classes with a professor who’s teaching style I’m not a fan of. Sometimes you just gotta suck it up and this is definitely one of those situations.
When life gets hectic, sometimes a great pair of print pants can be a lifesaver. On those days when you are in a hurry but need a chic and sophisticated look they really come through. You need do nothing but pair them with a solid top and they give all the visual interest. Here I accessorized a bit but I could’ve gotten away with no jewelry at all. I really like the slimming effect of the high waist, which is perfect to pair with a crop top which I did here (you can’t even tell!) love this look for the office, a meeting, interview or any other occasion you want to look smart and put together.
I’m looking forward to heading back to the Sally Hershberger salon tomorrow to freshen up my hair. As you can see, it’s getting a bit dull. Bleach has a way of doing that, as well as creating insane amounts of split ends. Tomorrow it will get cut and glossed, so make sure you are following on instagram to get the scoop.
