I came up with a look that looks like you spent a ton of time, is super holiday festive,  but really easy to do!

The first thing I do is assess how my hair looks overall. I think the key to looking like you spent a ton of time on your hair is to have healthy shiny hair. If I don’t have time to get a cut, I will usually head to Target to pick up Schwarzkopf® Keratin Color. This is my FAVORITE in-store hair color because it literally looks like you went to the salon. I talked about this a few years ago – this is my go-to product when I’m in a pinch and need to do this at home. It’s so easy to use, the shine is on another level, the color is beautiful and hello – it’s at Target! (Do I need an excuse to go to Target I mean…)

Schwartzkopf Okay, so the technical reasons WHY the product is so good is it has something called K-BOND PLEX™ which is salon inspired anti-breakage technology that repairs the inner hair structure for strong and healthy looking hair. Plus it’s moisturizing & deeply nourishing. This is why it looks like you went to the salon and spent a ton of money but don’t worry, your secrets safe with me!

You can see in my before photo below, that my hair didn’t look terrible but was a bit dull and lackluster. In the after pictures, the color is vibrant and super shiny, right? For reference, I used shade Espresso. So, after I made sure my hair looked healthy and shiny, I did a few steps to create this festive look. Scroll down to see the steps!

EASY HOLIDAY HAIR

What you’ll need: Sparkly bobby pins / Curling Wand

*1. Use a clip to section off the hair.

*2. Use a 1 1/2″ barrel curling wand and curl each section. I like to curl away from my face, but whatever way you like to do it will work fine.

*3. I like to run my fingers through the waves to loosen them up so they don’t look so ‘done.’

*4. I typically part my hair in the center, but for this look, I went with a side part. It gives it more volume and an old Hollywood vibe. Then I applied the bobby pins.

*5. You can get creative with this and apply as many as you want. I was inspired by an Instagram post of one of my favorite celebs hair where she had some in an X in the back of a bun. So, I decided to place them in an X on the side of my head and then I put one more below it.

*6. Go out and slay your holiday festivities! Super easy right?!
