The holiday season is chaotic, between shopping for gifts, prepping for parties (both throwing and going!) and figuring out what to wear. I love getting dressed up for holiday parties with sequins and sparkle, but you guys know my everyday style lean towards casual and I’m always in denim (in the fall and winter it’s typically a denim-bootie combo!)
This outfit is an example of something I would wear for holiday shopping, picking out a Christmas tree, meeting friends for coffee (or hot cocoa) or whatever other holiday to do’s are on my list. It covers all my bases, casual and comfy with interesting details.
I got these booties from DSW and to say I am obsessed with them is an understatement. (I know I always say I am obsessed, but seriously, these take the cake!) The pointy toe, the metal plate hardware, the double and single buckle combo….they are just the epitome of edgy chic.
I styled the outfit around the booties because when they arrived I couldn’t not wear them immediately! I paired this asymmetrical chunky knit, a go with everything motorcycle jacket and a beanie with some cool shredding, with some destroyed denim and the star of the show booties.
