I told you yesterday about the Moonrise clip I was gifted by Kimmy Davis. I was so excited, I decided to give you an outfit post putting it to good use. I kept the outfit minimal but added fun accessories to punch it up.
Perhaps I should mention I am having a blazer moment. LOL Here in LA weather is way too warm for a jacket but it’s still cool both in the morning and evening so layering is key. I have so many blazers and they are perfect for this. 🙂

With Valentine’s Day coming I am trying to stay busy. The bf is away training to leave for Iraq in a few weeks. I have been cooking up a special surprise for him which I am gonna wait til next week to share so I don’t spill the beans! 🙂
Speaking of Iraq, the lovely Lindsey of Love, Lindsey did a fabulous post on care packages for deployed soldiers especially for moi! Sending things that far around the world can be tricky and she gave me some very detailed tips which I am ever grateful for.
So Valentine’s day for me?? I am planning a fabulous girl’s night out on Saturday night. Definitely the best medicine for an achy heart 🙂
