So I know some of you have been waiting to see the pics of me in my dress from the event I told you about here….well here they are! Thank you all so much for your suggestions! Here’s what I ended up doing:
I went withKim Porter’s suggestion of bronze make up…bronze smokey eye with a nude lip. I went with Erika’s suggestion of hair over the shoulder, but I went with it down rather than in a pony tail. I know most of you said go with my hair up, however I saw this picture of Kourtney Kardashian wearing her hair over her shoulder and I really liked it.
To keep the look from being too bridal I went with Kimmy D’s suggestion to add a pop of color with my jewelry by adding teal color stones.
The majority of you agreed to gold accessories which is what I went with considering it was a conservative and classy event.
The ball was so much fun and it really did feel like prom…we even had to take our picture in front of a faux background…don’t laugh! 😉
