The biggest beauty focus for me during the summer months is skin and lips. Here are a few summer beauty products I am using right now that I am loving, some of which you can get at (my favorite store on the planet!) Sephora.
1. EOS Lip balm in Pomegranate – My lips get dry really easily and this stuff is great to bring poolside or the beach. The round shape makes it easy to apply and the Pomegranate flavor smells yummy and summery.
2. VBeaute Buying Time Everyday Creme – This cream is great because it’s very light but really moisturizes. The last thing you want in the summer is a heavy face cream.
3. Becca Bronzing Skin Perfector – I love this stuff. You can use it in place of a primer or foundation if you are looking for lighter coverage. It can also be used just as bronzer but I like to mix it in with my foundation to adjust the tone as my skin gets darker or lighter depending on the amount of sun exposure I get. It’s much easier than having several different shades of foundation!
4. Becca Ultimate Matte Lip Color in Aurora – Sometimes it’s too hot to get all made up, even at night. This red lipstick is a great shade that adds instant glamour.
5. VBeaute Lip Spread Anti Age Tinting Lip Gloss – I love this stuff for day time. It tints to match your skin tone which for me is a really pretty pink.
6. Vita Libertata pHenomenal in Medium – Ok, let me first say I am a self tanning junkie and I have my favorite brand that I use all the time. But this brand I tried and absolutely LOVED for summer time. Where most tanners take several applications to build the color, this one gives me a rockin tan in one application. It literally looks like I’ve spent the entire day at the beach. It’s a mousse so it goes on really quick with no streaks or smell.
