How to Cream Highlight and Contour

It’s Friday which means it’s almost time to crack a bottle of wine and it also means it’s video day! Twice in one week, I must be on a roll! (Who am I kidding, Monday’s video was making up for the fact that I didn’t get one up last Friday, but hey better late than never right?!) 

I had some requests for a cream highlight and contour tutorial and since I got the Anastasia Beverly Hills Cream Kit  a few weeks ago, it seemed like the perfect opportunity to do it. I mentioned my thoughts in more detail in my May Favorites video and in this video I show you how I am using it. Highlighting and Contour is going to vary depending on your face shape and what features you are trying to bring out or scale back. You can watch several videos and see it done differently, and while the basics are the same, the degree of contour in different areas will need to be adjusted.

Do you prefer cream or powder contour? I know it can sometimes be a personal preference. I go back and fourth, but let me know if you guys have tried this palette and what you think.
